Architectural Interior design
My typical approach begins with Concept Design via digital Mood Boards and Sketches. As a team, we discuss each solution. Based upon your input and budget, we select the Design Intent, and I develop a Budget to present.
From there, I propose your customized design and and process.
For the first phases of design, a typical fee can range from $3000 - $12,000.
If you like, we can include 3D Modeling and digital ' fly-through animations' of your spaces, or jump forward to construction drawings and purchasing.
